My Macro was on so it focused on the tree.

It seems that several of my trips back to Oklahoma have been during some of the toughest weather. Though by the Fall photos you can see why Eastern Oklahoma is the place I want to be.

Waiting to post

Bought this cause it was 100 years older then I. Sold at a small loose on eBay.

Just to let anyone know that I am still here I make this post. It has been hard for me as of late to post anything that has any relevance. Even though this does not contain any relevance to any thing at least a post was done.

Japanese Landscape final

Here are some final photos of the Japanese Landscape. I think the white spots are from the wax that was used. Will try some things to see if it will come out but you can not see them with the naked eye.

Here is a review of some Photos I have been working on. I hope to add actual photos of Japanese Land Scape. These are meant to be seen on a large scale, at least 100%.

Return of the C, G, D, A

Yes you are getting tired of hearing about my exploration of the C, G, D, A tuning of my instruments, that is assuming some one other then me is reading. Since however it does fascinate me I will now return to it.

This evening while surfing the syber waves a line came across the screen talking about tuning a bass to C, G, D, A so I did it. It turned out to be a lot of fun to play. A normal bass tuning has the low string tuned to an E. Now with the C as the low note, you have dropped the low frequency from the original 1 being the E down 3 octaves to the C now being the 1. Originally when the idea arose I thought the strings would be wrong for this tuning but went with the gut and proceeded. The low C vibrates right through the instrument.

The Hawk has landed

Hawk on a dime
The above is unfinished and showes actual size

The Hawk has been found and the photos take before he flies off again. I had good light today though they are a little light in color I think they are well represented. Done at last and two more close to finished. Hawk is my favorit subject for photoing.
